The first of 4 residential buildings with commercial spaces at MidCastle is officially open with only a few spaces left!

Designed by one of our favorites, Rob Romero of Romero Architecture, this building is comprised of studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units with oversized windows.

The spaces were put together beautifully by Annie Gray Interiors, nailing the modern aesthetic of The Royal with a nod to some mid-century design.  Renowned photographer Brownie Harris provided some of his large scale black and white portraiture to complete the overall vibe.

The Royal’s amenities include 9 and 10-foot ceilings with 8-foot-tall interior doors, leathered slate kitchen countertops with stainless LG appliances and a stacked washer/dryer. Gorgeous backlit bathroom mirrors, ceiling fans in all living and sleeping areas, and beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Water, sewer, trash, and WiFi included. Off street parking available. Secure, locked entrances with security cameras.
